Springtime & Roger's Pacer
Roger Huntington was gracious (crazy) enough to let me fly his Piper Pacer. I've never flown skiis before and there are several minor differences...like no brakes or steering. We pre-heat the engine before starting it. Once in the air it flies quite normal. Roger drove a "snow machine" out to Koyuk (near Nome) and I flew out and picked him up on the ice. The snow machine is for Wassilie & Jane Mute...a 200 mile trip for Roger a one hour flight for me.

A very friendly group of youths looking forward to Kokrine Hills Bible Camp. Above the arctic circle-no roads, no cars, no trees...mostly boardwalk streets, 4-wheelers, snow machines, boats, water, and friendly folk. The Lord has put a special place on my heart for the young people of this village.
Selawik... permafrost, water and above-ground utilities.
Allakaket City, Alaska. Along the Koyukuk River. Population 97. No road access.
